There are many cases of teens that date, then their single parents meet and end up being a couple too. Even on Teen Mom, the fan favorites, Catelynn and Tyler, are step-brother and sister and are engaged! They are in no way related, so it's not "wrong" in a moral sense. But it's super uncomfortable to live in your house and have to worry about your step-sibling being sexually attracted to you... I hope he gets over it, OP, and finds a new girl to turn his attention to.
That's just sick. He's your step-brother!! Step-siblings shouldn't date unless you're really into that "keep it in the family" incest vibe. He needs to get a life and a girlfriend.
It's not incest you idiot, they are not blood related.
And his buddies don't find it creepy??? That's even creepier! If I had a friend that was trying to get into his step-sister's pants I would tell him off. And if he insisted I would tell everyone.
Do him
First off it's not snooping. He left the chat open. Anyone could have found it at that point. he's lucky it was her and not a parent. Secondly, he is in the wrong. She should tell her parents. She should feel safe in her own home, and she is free to date whomever she chooses.

Maybe you should make sure not to let him into your room ever again :)
Also, asking not to get thumbed down is a) a guarantee you will get thumbed down, and b) pretty much an admission that it's deserved
