It is possible to get pregnant with out penetration. If sperm gets on or around the vaginal area then that means that the sperm can still get in side and fertilize the egg. It's not impossible

In order to get pregnant there doesn't always have to be penetration. Get her checked, she may be telling the truth.

Actually it's possible to get pregnant as long as he ejaculates in that area..she could've been partaking in 3rd base and just wasn't careful enough

It is possible for a girl to get pregnant without sexual intercourse. Now you would have to ask if she has ever done anything with a guy where his stuff could have entered her without penetration. (ie oral) but it is possible (mom was an OBGYN Nurse so she so this stuff more than you would think)
