Today, I came to the decision that I needed some variety in my life, so I decided to get a haircut. My mom insisted that she could do it and that she had experience because she cuts my dad's short hair. I had thick, long hair. Now, my hair is uneven, ugly and short. FML

why do you go to a therapist? they r seriously the biggest scammers. they let you talk about your problems in life for like 2weeks or more then they give you a stupid advice. your grandmother can say it to you if you talked to her lol. I would rather talk to someone who knows me than a stranger who cares about my money more than helping me.

clearly you know squat about therapists. there are some shit ones but i know 2 friends of mine that seriously love their therapist because they changed their lives. id rather go to that then my family or friends anyday

Would you rather pay a therapist to tell you that your problems are everybody else's fault and there's nothing you can do to change your life? The therapist probably suggested the OP do something enjoyable like get a new hairstyle. The OP just wants to be a victim, so he/she ripped the remark out of context and posted it here for sympathy.
