LMAO I love how #33 expressed it. I agree with everyone who said "study genetics" in some form.

The reason your life is f**ked is cuz your an idiot. Your wife isnt cheating on you. take a ******* biology course

You're an idiot. Did you take biology? The gene for red hair is recessive.

@ #4, that still doesn't mean anything. I have a friend who is black, both his parents are white, he was not adopted and his mother did not cheat. He just had a great, great, great, great grandmother who was black.

I don't think it's about his wife cheating.. I think he's mad he has a ginger kid.. They have no souls.

my grandparents were blonde and my dad is a redhead. so don't worry lol. maybe it skips generations

You're in luck! The genetics of hair color hasn't been fully established. One theory says that there are 2 genes for hair, one being brown/blonde and the other being red/not red. By this theory, you and your wife could have blonde hair but each have one recessive gene for red hair, making it possible to have a red-haired child. Full quote: "The genetics of hair colors are not yet firmly established. According to one theory, at least two gene pairs control human hair color. One gene, which is a brown/blonde pair, has a dominant brown allele and a recessive blonde allele. A person with a brown allele will have brown hair; a person with no brown alleles will be blonde. This also explains why two brown-haired parents can produce a blonde-haired child. The other gene pair is a not-red/red pair, where the not-red allele (which suppresses production of pheomelanin) is dominant and the allele for red hair is recessive. Since the two gene pairs both govern hair color, a person with two copies of the red-haired allele will have red hair, but it will be either auburn or bright reddish orange depending upon whether the first gene pair gives brown or blonde hair, respectively."

There is a possibility that the kid will turn blonde later on. I was born a redhead, but my hair turned a nice shade of light blonde by the time I was 4.
