She's not trying to keep you healthy shit anything. She's literally trying to starve you to death and cut you off from outside contact. That relationship is more toxic than any food you could ever eat.

Exactly, I facepalmed when I saw this... Nobody should "diet", people should have and keep healthy eating habits daily for their whole life, and allow themselves a few splurges from time to time !
