I love cats (got two of my own) but never ever would I have that much cats. I was totally overwhelmed when we had kittens once LOL I read some great advices here, take them with you.
I think you're a great person. Not everyone would have done that for a poor little cat. But since you have had enough, you can always give some of them to a shelter or post your house as a foster home and people can adopt them. That way you can be sure the cats get a good home :)
Hahaha... Nature is calling u buddy, u guys have great souls but I do agree it gets overwhelming. Good luck!!!
i have six cats myself and if i could take more in, i would. all mine are rescued but i know i couldnt afford anymore right now. i am an animal lover like crazy and if your 15 cats are healthy and being taken care of well then props to you :) but if it gets to the point you cant care for them individually theres always people looking for cats and also can be taken to no kill shelters.
Did he not belong to somebody? You can't just go around annexing people's property under the pretext of rescuing it
If he belonged to someone, I doubt he would be in a Burger King parking lot. Plus, it's not hard to tell the difference between a homeless cat and someone's pet. My rescue cat was showing ribs, and had patches of fur missing, but as soon as we gave her food, and showed her we weren't going to hurt her, she opened up to us. We took her in, and soon she was healthy and beautiful, and you could tell she was well cared for.
Depends how close houses are to said Burger King, cats have huge areas they will roam around in.
She knows that's illegal, right? Stand your ground more OP or you will be raising cats for the test of your life.
Someone's a bit testy today...
I think the context of "we" doesn't apply here anymore. What you need to do is grow a pair, put your foot down and take some control of this situation. Happy wife, happy life? Sounds like a load of shit to me lol
Have you thought about working with a local cat rescue to rehome some of them? I know it's heart breaking, but it would give you more room to continue to do the good thing you are doing. I'm going to cry like a baby when my foster dog gets adopted. We nursed her back to health and had planned on keeping her. But if we keep her, I won't be able to continue to help. So she's going to go to a good home.

She's turning you into a crazy cat lady
Do you want fries with that? In all honesty, I like the idea of rescuing animals, but, you are right, there is a limit, especially if it is in your home. Hopefully you can reach a compromise! Until then, I hope you like Pickles :P
