I bet you could tell by the way they said it. But they probably mean the younger one. When I was younger everyone told me I looked like her from the Parent Trap.

Ask them. Make a joke about it and you'll get your answer. I'm thinking most likely though it's your features like the shape of your eyes adjacent to your nose. I wouldn't fret too much. Resemblance doesn't mean cracked out.
