Okay, I was pretty unclear about specifics on this FML. The runner was barely tapped by the front bumper of my car. He fell, got back up, and limped off somewhere. The guy that was behind me doesn't have insurance. I have five stitches in my forehead from bashing it against the steering wheel. Kind of wish I wouldn't have stopped, honestly.

I agree 99% with Doc. and I have saved a few lives. oh and if you're wondering, I was a lifeguard.
this is written confusingly. I think op is saying they got rear ended, but it also sounds like the person behind op managed to run over the guy in grey. if the first is true, yeah that sucks but at least it's not vehicular manslaughter, but if the second is true, it's not really f YOUR life, but more like f THEIR lives.
you shoulda hit him. it wouldn't of been your fault.
If you were rear ended it is the other drivers fault, they should have left a stopping distance. I hope they have insurance.
wait..did the car behind you hit you, or the pedestrian? if it hit ypu, then yeah, FML. but if it the pedestrian, it would be F the pedestrians life, not yours. and, how is it that you were able to not hit the pedestrian, but the person behind you could? that doesn't make sense, so i'm assuming the car hit you, in which case, you coulda just said, "today, i got rearended. FML"
anyone who runs in front of a car in the rain deserves to become a sprinkler... this is what crosswalks and traffic lights are for but fyl for deciding to spare him and then getting rear ended
Blood sprinkler.. I like that haha
