If there is too much shit on the floor, such as toys or clothes, they will not clean it, which is fair. They are to vacuum and mop, not to be your servant.

To be fair to the cleaning lady: she probably has a policy about not touching/moving your things. Like, the cleaning lady in a hotel once refused to clean my cousin's room because there was no way she could do it without moving her and freinds' stuff.

we have cleaning staff at school who will not clean out the bathrooms if they look too dirty. they will also report the hall to the RD and then take away trash cans and stop refilling the tp
