Firstly, he's an idiot. Secondly, do you really want to have kids with an idiot? And thirdly, you need your doctor to talk to your idiot husband and explain to him how they body works and the reason for low sperm count has nothing to do with your 'hotness', or maybe an explanatory kids book?

Most people commenting with 100% serious wording is most likely female. It really is an embarrassing thing to have happen to you. I too, have a low sperm count. So, OP, at least try to talk to him about what he did before you get mad at him for it.
