I'm sorry but "the guy you love" when you aren't dating and haven't even hooked up? That's a little overly dramatic and a little to free with the emotion. You deserve to have your eyes opened to reality this way. Maybe from now on you'll be a little more cautious with the overt emotion that's not based on anything but obsession or infatuation. Otherwise you need to prepare yourself for much more disappointment.

Agreed! I am assuming OP is a teenager. In high school, crushes are almost always mistaken as some monumental, all consuming love. If she is in fact an adult, she's got some serious issues to work out.
