I don't give a leaping shit that it's a joke. That part is obvious, even though it was a very lame joke, I saw the attempt. It was the constant followers and lurkers that love to press thumbs up when they see this dude and that doctor guy who seems to spend more time on fml than spend practicing medical that prompted to say something. This happened with a kid in my middle school. Students and teachers found out and he got the help he needed. It took awhile but he came back to school in eleventh grade and he was super nice. I don't know what he's up to now since I left for college but I have hope for him. If you report him early, OP, he can get help.
