I think this is a dilemma. I truly have respect for the willpower of people who want to wait until marriage. On the other side, this is a perfect example why the idea itself is stupid. I mean, sure...you don't have to get it on as soon as you know one's name, but you religious guys'n gals could loosen up a bit and at least, say, sleep with each other after the engagement. To make sure, that even the last thing in your relationship works out, before it's too late. My advice for you is first to ask her why she was so afraid (if she doesn't love you, dump her) and she doesn't tell or admits that she is too scared of doing it, get her a shrink. Sorry for you.
