Today, was my wedding night. We had decided to wait until marriage to have sex. When I undressed and smiled at my new wife, she burst into tears and cried, "please don't make me do this." FML

I'm sorry to hear that. Please be patient with her, hopefully she'll come around soon!

I'm sure she's just nervous and clearly has very little idea about sex... sounds like her parents told her it was a scary bad thing and left it at that.

Uhm, your an ass for putting her threw that stress, drawing her to tears. Don't push her. She'll be ready when she's ready, and it'll be WAY more pleasant if she's not crying the whole time.

It's not like they forced the sex on her. They were already married, and that's usually what people do on wedding nights. She should have spoken up before they got married

dang. I'm sorry about that. Something isn't right with her though something must have happened.

wow i went back to this fml .. woman?? making your wife have sex with you?? o.O i thought gay marriage is illegal in california.

Maybe she didn't know you were a woman.. alot of the responders here didn't...

it may seem so... wow, that makes this FML even more interesting

wow ok seriously? first off, shes probably really scared to have sex since its the first time. second sex can be really painful for girls. if you actually cared about your wife you'd take time to console her and not post a ******* FML cause you dont give a shit about your wife, like i said you should take time to figure out why and make a compromised dickward.

well, I think that they are homosexual, so depending on what they're doing, it might not be painful at all. (I can't believe I just wrote that!)

As a woman, sex for the first time can be painful... however, I waited until my wedding night and I was more than happy to endure the "pain"! lol =)

I waited until I was engaged. It was important to me, and I have no regrets. I was originally planning to wait until I was actually married, but I'm glad I changed my mind, it was the right choice for me. I'll say this though- I was not unique among my girlfriends for being freaked out/scared of sex before it happened. And to be fair it HURT LIKE HELL and I bled like CRAZY- seriously it stained the mattress and I had to walk around with a pad for a day. So I feel like the fear was kind of justified, though obviously it got better subsequently. I am so grateful that I was with someone who truly cared about me more than he cared about getting it on. I'm not saying that couples that aren't planning on getting married can't have that connection or anything- just that it's worth it to wait for someone you DO have that connection with.
