Have you had it checked out by a doctor? My dad used to have a bump on his face like that and it turned out to be skin cancer. it hadn't spread, so they just cut it out, thankfully. it had been there for yeeeeears.

Just curious..When was the last time you washed your pillow case? Maybe dirt and/or oil build up on your pillow is the reason it's only on half your face? Or perhaps you need a more breathable pillow..?

Try not going to sleep with a hand on your face, the oil from it rubs off on your face, causing acne.
