Yeah .. That's ILLEGAL .. You can say animals suck all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that that person can now face charges. Animal cruelty and arson more than likely. I am vegan and I love animals so I think it's pathetic that someone would do that to an animal, especially when you can call a local SPCA center or animal control center who more than likely would take care of it. Setting it on fire only amounts to the animals painful death and screams of pain and probably setting your house and lawn on fire.

This FML and all of the comments about how funny it is sicken me to no end. I can only hope that the tenant lit the skunk on fire AFTER it was dead, and it's an FML just because of the stench. If this sick **** lit the animal on fire while it was still alive, then I hope he has serious charges coming his way. Animal cruelty is in no way funny.
