Today, while I was working my shift at the store, my girlfriend appeared and asked to talk to me. Once we were alone, she burst into tears and started sobbing. Turns out someone's dad died in her favorite TV show and she wanted some comfort. FML

You're telling me that you have NEVER cried at a movie or tv death?

Not gonna lie; I cried when Hedwig died.

I cry when old people die in movies.. And animals. I will NEVER watch Marley and Me again in public. Damned those airlines.

Probably Stark from Game Of Thrones. Lol

I think that the real problem OP had was that his girlfriend came to his workplace to get comforted, not that she was emotional about the character died. Anybody agree with me?

Hey it just means that you have proven to her that she can come to you for anything

Ermagherd.....the sterpidity of it all....it's one thing to be sad about a character dying in a movie or show...(it shows we have compassion & are human)...but to be so upset over a FICTIONAL persons death that you need to be comforted in real life...sorry op, there's just something that screams "UNSTABLE" to me here.

Wow... your gf sounds like a pain in the ass lol >.<

Hey hey WHOAH bro. My favorite character died in supernatural. And I cried like a little girl the last five minutes of the episode. Then the first five of the next when they did "the road so far".
