I think that the real problem OP had was that his girlfriend came to his workplace to get comforted, not that she was emotional about the character died. Anybody agree with me?

Ermagherd.....the sterpidity of it all....it's one thing to be sad about a character dying in a movie or show...(it shows we have compassion & are human)...but to be so upset over a FICTIONAL persons death that you need to be comforted in real life...sorry op, there's just something that screams "UNSTABLE" to me here.
