Today, while running in the park, I noticed some ducks in a pond. I stopped to look at them and began quacking at them, to see if they would react. This would have been OK had I not been wearing ear-buds, blasting music, making me unable to realize just how loud I was quacking. With people all around. FML

Question, why would you even THINK quacking at them would be okay? Even if it was in a private place.

It's called being care free and fun, you should try it out. Not having any cares or worries, just enjoying life.

I don't have time to stop and quack at ducks. I live in the real world where people go to college and have jobs.

47- College stress getting to you and you just want to slaughter everything then lay down in bed for a week straight? Because that is how I feel right now.

I really wish you could thumbs up the FML Team comments. Nicely said Alan!

Listen, quacking at ducks isn't "fun" fun is playing with little puppies or having a fun night with friends.

There is so nothing wring with quacking at the ducks...you ppl that feels it's weird need to relax alittle!

This happened to my friend one time :P although I was with her. I kept trying to elbow her to let her know she was REALLY loud and she's like "stop it!! Can't you see I'm trying to have a conversation with these lovely ducks?" then a second latter she realized how people acrossed the pond were looking at her XD

Seriously? Are you just crazy?

Noor! Girls don't fart! I have proof.

Is it safe to say that you also slow down, roll down your window and "MOO" at the top of your lungs when you drive past a pasture full of cows? I bet it is!

Hell yes! But cows actually respond with stupid looks, or come to the fence to see if you have a treat for them. At least that's what they do at the dairy farm close to me.... Not that I've moo'd at them or anything.

Yes!! You have to "moo" at the cows because when you do they look up and you can see them picking their nose with their tongue!

Quacking at ducks.... there is only one answer.... UR MENTAL

66- Talking to ducks is rather simple. All you need to do is say words. The ducks hear those words, but they do not know the meaning behind them so they just hear it as random noise. Now holding an intelligent conversion with ducks, that is completely different.

Better to be embarrassed quacking at ducks than run out of bread crumbs, surrounded by geese, on a paddle boat in the middle of a lake. Consider yourself lucky. And stop yelling with ear buds in. It makes you look like a douche no matter what species you're yelling at.

Am I the only one that can feel the difference between my normal voice and yelling? I read stories like this all the time, but even with my headphones blaring, I still know how loud I'm talking, I just can't hear myself. ...or maybe I'm abnormal. :/
