What is it with people who's first reaction is to kick something? YDI If your response is to get surprised and kick something you shouldn't be near animals.
I'm guessing that "kicking it out" is probably a figure of speech. I sincerely doubt that OP punted it through an open door.
You're a ******* moron. YDI
could've asked
So the cat went outside? What's wrong with that? Yeah you shouldn't have kicked it out OP but I don't get why everyone has this hatred to the idea of cats being outside.
Not so much that the cat is outside but that it was forcibly put outside. Since the cats need someone to feed them, I'm guessing they don't have access to outside most of the time and if it is an indoor cat, it will likely be scared, confused and could run away and get hurt.
OP might not have literally kicked the cat outside. She could have been just using an expression. How often do we say "My parents kicked me out of the house."?
Kid vs Cat....
I hope that it doesn't get lost
I petsit for a family that has varying amounts of cats every time I petsit for them. The most being six, then four, then two, so on... I've never been told when there has been a new addition, I just show up and there's more cats. I would never kick a random cat out though, that's just dumb

After seeing four, you immediately think the fifth is a stray? What?
You're a ******* idiot.
