Upfront

Today, I had to explain to my mother that a lace mini-dress with an obscene amount of cleavage was not appropriate to wear while meeting my boyfriend's parents. She called me an "annoying prude" and said that with my attitude, I don't deserve to have a man. FML

* cue a slew of MILF and Stacy's mom comments

Pull the parents aside and tell them she's been off her meds for a while and to not take her seriously.

You're mom is an asshole. How did she raise you? Because, if she was like this when you were younger, you would have been screwed up.

If you were to think about the fml you just read, do you think you could answer to your own question ?

Nah, that's too much like thinking. Not worth the trouble.

This may be a radical concept, but surprisingly not all children end up as exact duplicates of their parents. Some actually have enough of a brain to learn from their poor examples.

Maybe you should be wearing the lace mini-dress and showing some cleavage. A little nipplage can give you an edge in a mother-daughter contest.

I agree hon. A nice short laced with dress with red heels with a lot of cleave would impress his parents. They would think you're a model!

Yeah, it just screams, "help me, I'm having a mid-life crisis! I feel compelled to dress like a sex-crazed 16-year-old!" That should REALLY impress them. That, or she's going after the boyfriend's dad. Either way, inappropriate.

To bad you cant post a pic so we can judge for our selfs.

This sounds like the beginning of a porno.

"You're confusing **** and reality, Dean."

And the mother of the year award goes to...

#41 at least we know who's obviously getting the mystery solving award.

At least she isn't going to church dressed like that.

She probably does go to church like that hoping to gain brownie points with God

You would know, wouldn't you, Your Holiness. Edit: No offense to religious people, just playing with #23.

Yes that would definitely sway my opinion of her, in fact that is going to be the new dress code for my church.

Hey if that's the new dress code maybe it will keep the priests off the alter boys. Win win

I guess being prude is having decency? Man I must be prude like a lot people.

I once got called uptight because I wouldn't let a guy I just met put his hands all over me.
