Okay I don't know the girl but she may not have meant it in a bad way. Let me explain. I lost my virginity to this complete ass but he was actually nice during sex and took things slow, he was big and would say "I'm half way in.." ect. Because of how bad it hurting. So the second time was with a friend and it hurt...I was ready to give up and push him off but instead I asked him if he was all the way there. It was totally innocent and I meant it as a "oh god how much more of this do I have to take" kind of thing. He did not see it that way....
