Wrong end of the stick

Today, while teaching my kindergarten class, I had a feeling I was starting my period again. A boy in the class asked me what a period was. Stressing over my own, I briefly told him it's a woman's time of the month when they have mood swings. He was asking about the dot at the end of a sentence. FML

34: there are lots of bad points for either sex. being kicked in the balls unexpecdily isnt gr8 and ball ache isnt good either (soz for being graphic) 35: spot f*cking on! both sex's take gripe in one way or another: women have periods and get moody, men can have too much testotarone for there own good and take it out on everything around them.... people with common sense learn to just ignore the inner animal and get on with there life! :P

They're in kindergarten. What do you expect?

Why would you tell a kindergartner about something that's taught in a brief sex ed seminar later on in elementary school? That's not your place.

wow people have a lot of misconceptions about the period. one its not the same girl to girl. some girls experience worse pain, more radical mood swings, and enter states of depression, because get this, hormone balances are different for each person. so some girls physically cant just suck it up. also its not uncommon for even kindergartners to overhear their mother, sister, babysitter, tv actress, a male (such as a dad or brother saying some chick most be on the rag) so even a kindergartner has the possibility of asking about menstruation before it is taught in school. not that schools do or should be expected to teach about it anyways.

Little kid's FML: Today I asked my teacher about that little dot thingy at the end of sentences. She got all weird and started talking about women getting moody once a month. Huh?? FML.

#8 Giving lessons on English then speaking Japanese? You are well versed. Try using a sentence in Japanese i do not know. Something not as common as idiot or what you have seen in an anime and ill be impressed.
