Today, my mom said that we needed to have a family meeting because of all the issues that have been going on with our family. My mom, sister and I sat down and began to talk about everything. As I started to cry, my sister looks at my mom and says, "I win!" She bet my mom $20 that I would cry. FML

Today, my sisters and I pitched together nearly $500 to send my mom to the spa for Mother's Day. We put the printed sheet with her info into a little box with our card on top. When she opened it, she freaked out and started hugging my dad. Turns out he switched the cards and took all the credit. FML

I've not much an opinion about this because I hate people crying about shit they're just talking about, but I don't know why you were crying, and either way it's a douche move for your mother and sister to place a bet on your crying, but at the same time obviously you must cry a lot over simple things in order for your sister to feel secure in her bet. Still, she could have been discreet, I suppose. At least your mother had faith in you?
