OP.. Every girl i've ever know has gotten shave bumps..they're practically impossible to avoid. I use the special kind of Nair they make for bikini area..works with no bumps. If not, they also sell this no shave bump gel you can use instead of shaving cream. If none work..tell your boyfriend to quit being a ******* moron :]

1. Stand in the shower for a few minutes in warm water to make the hair softer and easier to shave. 2. Use a new or newer razor. With a dull, old razor you are more likely to get bumps and cuts. 3. Use women's shaving cream that is made for sensitive skin. This will make hair removal easier. 4. Explain to your boyfriend the facts of life. Clearly he needs to be enlightened. Don't feel bad, I dated a guy in high school who asked me what a queef was. I awkwardly had to explain. At least he didn't ask me any stupid questions after that.
