For the person that said Southern Florida is warm now.. Yesterday Miami went to 32 degrees and today it's going down to 35.. Not that cold but not shortsy either..
Not that cold? Oh that's just about freezing. Not cold? LOL.
Alright, who the hell called the wheather man?????
Cut the pill up into smaller pieces and hide them in wet cat food. Not that hard. You sound like a dumb oaf.
Maybe you should stop blaming others, you have a mouth you could have asked your neighbor and why would you assume it was de-clawed in the first place? I'm not saying this is the case but usually people have met the animal they aare going to take care of before so if you have you'd think you'd notice this if not why would you agree to take care of a pet you know nothing about.
OP grow up its a cat scratch it isn't going to kill you. Did you try to disguise the pill or just shove it in the cats mouth. YDI if the latter is the case. Declawing a cat is shameful. If you don't want to be scratched dont get a cat. Cats can be trained like any other animal to behave.
Who in their right mind declaws cats? That's wrong on so many levels... and cruel.
Why were you even expecting the cat to be declawed...?
most Americans expect indoor house cats to be declawed because most cats claw clothing people and funriture.
@101 - as an American, no, we do not expect indoor cats to be declawed :/ I have never once met someone who has a declawed cat, indoor or outdoor. It might be different in other parts of the country, but please don't lump us all together.
since when is it a standard that a cat would have been declawed? Most cats aren't.
To those who think they need to declaw a cat because it scratches their furniture, there are two easy ways to prevent that: scratching posts and spray bottles. If they go for the furniture instead of the scratching post, squirt them with the spray bottle and they'll learn.
none of my cats learned this way. we were very consistant but nothing worked with them, so my mom got tired of having to get new funriture every 3 or 4 months and got them declawed.

Surely you should assume that all cats have claws until proven otherwise?
Is it the norm for cats to be "declawed" over there? How mean.
