I disagree. The offense of both parties is equally bad, however what the sister did will likely have a greater impact on OP's life. OP can always get a new husband, but she can't get a new sister. And, provided they don't have children, she can just cut her husband out of her life and have nothing more to do with him. Not so with her sister. OP and her sister will have to interact throughout their lives, and when they do OP will always be reminded of the betrayal that her sister committed. And this will also likely have a terrible impact on the rest of the family. It's a lot easier to get over the betrayal of a lover than it is to get over the betrayal of a sibling.
