I like what #48 said. #65 has a point too. Basically, this whole shaving thing is nothing more than a fad. Soon enough hair will become a sign of adulthood again. Culture is always changing. It's hard for some women to shave down there. It's a very sensitive area. Waxing your crotch? Can you imagine how painful that would be? But, if you've got a bush, that's not okay either. Keep it trimmed, at least. If anyone's got a problem with that, then they're obviously not for you.
Why didn't you shave before your date...especially if you thought you might be getting some
#99 shaving has nothing to do with hygiene as long as you take showers quite often. Shaving isn't even necessary its just a cultural thing. As was stated. People over seas don't shave shit. They barely take showers.
all these women who say its hard to shave or leaves a bad rash, i shave every other day. i have no problems with it. in fact if i ever do let it grow out at all it starts getting itchy and uncomfortable. i prefer to shave. but i do expect my boyfriend to shave as well otherwise i wont go down on him. guys shouldnt expect girls to shave if they dont.
agree with #5
I shave for myself, my boyfriend likes it but that's just an added bonus - I don't expect him to do it. Also, it's very hygenic, especially when you're on your period. Saves it all getting ikky and stuck down there. It's not hard to do, only takes a few minutes, but it can leave a rash and if you shave too soon, it can be rather painful. Lads - imagine shaving a day or two after you already shaved. It can get sore.
We dont actually know JUST HOW MUCH down hair south we are talking about here - everyone keeps jumping to conclusions, and saying itz a Jungle down there! Im a guy, and I say I like a well kept hedge too - but the dude in this story was an arrogant cockhead - you'd already cooked him dinner - and then he wanted to criticize you?! ******* knob jockey - tell him to **** off, and learn some respect... And raise your standards, stop chasing dickheads who dont give respect...
Pubic hair is natural sweetie! Having hair does not make your pubes unclean, but natural. It's your choice. If he thought it was gross move on to someone who doesnt. I know plenty of guys who do not care. Shaved genitals did not come into 'fashion' until **** stars started doing it in the early 90's. Before then you had hair. Look at old Playboy magazines and you will see. It's your personal choice and I dont see a problem with it

there's nothing wrong with pubes, but if you need a machete to get through the jungle, it might be time to start shaving
oh my gosh! thank you! you're the first guy who has said this! I don't shave down there... yet. but when I shave my bikini line it itches reeeeeally bad, so it's annoying. and if people expect me to shave down there, they better be expecting me to itch it too.
