Today, the man I was going on a dinner date with bought me an expensive necklace. We got to the table he had reserved when his friend came and sat with us. Somehow, the subject of getting it on came up. My date then said, "Expensive jewelry - one way ticket to her pants." FML

Now would be a good time to tell him about your recent vow of celibacy...

Hm...I'd have said I was going to the bathroom, and then leave. You get to leave him behind and keep the necklace - score!

Wow he sounds pretty cocky.

HONESTLY, were u planning on sleeping with him anyway?? I understand why you feel offended but c'mon now. And how expensive are we talking here?? You get jewelry, dinner, and sex ...how is this an FML? althought he was very disrespectful. Dont necessarily dump unless you have more reasons, talk to him about it and tell him you didn't appreciate the comment

DTMFA. Assuming you haven't already. Jeez.

lol That's so true. Well for me it is anyway. He shouldn't say it in front of you though! I'd make him buy me more jewellery as an apology.

This is only an FML if you don't agree with him. ;)

Return the necklace and tell him when he likes you for who you are, and not for your va-jay-jay, he can call you again.

49: taking jewlery doesn't make her a ***** you asshole, maybe ignorant, but certainly not a *****, you need to get slapped, unless she asked for the necklace, then you might have a point. anyway, yea, i hope you returned the necklance after that and ran, not walked, ran away, any guy who is going to have that much lack of tact is full of himself, probably not used to hearing no, he might get violent or make a giant scene.
