Cursed cursive

Today, I was called by my son's school. They said he'd been forging my signature and comments in his reading book. He didn't forge them. I don't know what's worse: my handwriting looking like a 6 year-old's, or being too cowardly to admit it. He has a week of lunch detention, but I still have my dignity. FML

You let your kid get a week's worth of detention because you won't admit it was you? Some parent you are. Your kid's gonna be pissed at you, and you deserve all of it.

You jackass!! How could you!? Being a parent means that YOUR CHILD COMES FIRST not your goddamn dignity! Its HANDWRITING big ******* deal! Your poor kid is now sitting in lunch detention confused and hurt, trying to figure out why HIS PARENT IS NOT STICKING UP FOR HIM. And he's wondering what he did wrong. Congratulations, you've just installed insecurity and mistrust for YOU in your kid! YDI!!!

What dignity you dumbass? YOU LIED AND GOT YOUR CHILD IN TROUBLE FOR NO REASON!!!!!!!

lol dignity? dignity would have been saved if you stuck up for your kid? your kid probably kept denying it and made himself look like a liar. You're going to slip up and they're going to think he forged it again and then there's goes all the dignity that you thought you had.

no you don't. You let a 6 year old take the fall for your crappy handwriting. Any dignity you had is gone and you're just a jacknut

Haha this is funny, this is no FML it should be on MLIA.

you are a common low brow weasle that should be declared unfit to raise a child. when someday he is old enough to lie for NO REASON he will take this pearl of wisdom you have given him and lie with out regret. I hope you never know the full damage that could have been caused including learning he can nevr trust you agian that will be handy when he is a teenager!

Good for you! I would have done the same thing!

That was truly terrible of you. Sure, the teacher doesn't think you have child's handwriting, but now, your own son knows that you are a coward, and you value your own silly image more than his time, his dignity, and truth. Not only is he in trouble for the week, his teacher will treat him like a troublemaker from now on, all because you used your own son as a scapegoat. You have no dignity. Shame on you.
