Hey!! Guys, cats do get lonely. Some happen to like sleeping with people. And besides, if he cares that much for the cat he must care tons about you. I mean seriously, your not the one who can't sleep with him anymore....
Your boyfriend is awesome; cats > women.
You know, maybe he just wanted to do that for a few nights to ease the cat into a new routine (aka, not sleeping in the bedroom with them). People are so quick to judge...
I think you need a new boyfriend. He shouldn't be such a selfish person and want to sleep with cats. And what guy with any testicles likes cats?!
for those of you telling the OP to get allergy medications, those stop working after a while. i know because my mom can't have any pets -- her allergist told her that the allergy medications would stop working after a while if she was living with them, and it also doesn't matter how well they're groomed if it's the fur or dander. if i pet a well-groomed cat, i still start sneezing and my eyes get puffy and itchy (without allergy meds). i think the OP was not unreasonable in her request not to let the cat sleep in the bedroom; after all, her boyfriend still has the cat. i also think that the boyfriend misses having the cat in the bedroom. what he did is ok for one night, but longer than a week and i'd dump him if he can't respect your health.
lol, what a dork

Never make someone choose between you and the pet they probably had before they knew you, and who will still love them after your relationship ends. Either take some antihistimines and deal with it, or accept defeat now.
That's pretty harsh but I wouldn't call this a FML unless he continually gets out of bed in the middle of the night to sleep with the cat.
