I don't understand what the huge deal is about clean rooms. It's their room, they can do whatever the hell they want with it, well, unless there is company.

I mean, I haven't lived with my parents for a few years, but having my parents clean my room for me was a legitimate threat aside from the threat of throwing away all of my stuff. Am I really the only one that wouldn't want either of my parents going through everything in my room and cleaning up? It's not even about having something to hide, though I'm sure there was plenty, but it's just about privacy in general, even if it is their house... I mean, is nothing sacred? I guess I can be fairly territorial anyway, but really... When I was living with my parents, I wouldn't want them near my room. Maybe it is just me.
