You DON'T have custody now....it's HIS cat....wth is wrong with you? You sound like the kinda person who'd take a biological kid away from his father then get him to pay you child support for a child that isn't even yours...afraid to lose custody of a cat that isn't yours??? That's too sad, this is not an fml...this is a FHL for being with someone that messed up.

@90 I tend to believe that the conclusion that makes the fewest assumptions is probably the correct one. We know nothing of the OP's boyfriend, except that he has a girlfriend and a cat. One thing we do know about the OP, by her own admission, is that she is the type of person who is willing to play with another person's emotions to satisfy her own agenda. With the evidence provided to us, the conclusion that makes the fewest assumptions is that the OP is the villain of this story.
