So you didn't put it in park (or in gear, if it's a manual transmission). You didn't set the parking brake. And you didn't curb the wheels. That's a rare triple YDI. Yeah, it would have been nice if the guy helped, but seriously, learn how to park your car.

You could have parked the car in a wrong way, but I hate when people stare without even trying to help, I usually start yelling at them.

Yep depending on the steepness of the hill it could of been stopped, but next time just pull up the hand brake and it would of stopped rolling.
