Today, I was on a date with this girl I actually like. The date was going really well and it seemed like it would be a good night. While in the movie theater, I went to hold her hand and instead she gave me a hand shake and said, "You're so funny, I'm so glad we're friends". FML

I thought it was going really well until I was driving her home and she asked to be dropped off at her boyfriend's house. FML

Today, I went on a double date with my bestfriend. At the end of the night, her boyfriend gave her a long kiss, and texted her 5 minutes after we left to say he missed her already. My boyfriend picked his nose, then gave me a fist bump as a goodbye. FML

Today, I took a girl out on a date. We had dinner, we had good conversation, the vibe was excellent, and everything was great. I took her to a bar I frequent after for a couple of drinks to finish the night. She left with some other dude on his motorcycle. FML

There's no difference between a date and a non-date. She is just not into you. If she was into you, you could have bumped into her at the laundromat and be holding hands now.

What’s the big deal? So what, she obviously cares for you if she regards you as a friend. If anything you should use this as an opportunity to build a stronger relationship and maybe eventually become more than friends. Did you expect one date would be enough? Sorry, relationships are not that easy : P
