Turns out get ready means do the dishes, feed the dogs, clean the cat's litter tray, phone her sister, make coffee, shower, and wait for the dryer to dry her pyjamas. Just because you're always in the mood doesn't mean everyone else is. It's perfectly normal to say "no" now and then. The problem is when you say "yes" when you don't want to.
