"not allowed to lock the doors" ??? Haha **** that!
I'm not sure what state you're in but you might want to check state law on that one... I do Property Inspections for a property management in California and according to California state law the owner of a property cannot enter the premises of one of its tenants without first posting a 24-Hour notice of intent to enter and a reason has to be stated. Ie. for repairs or if the property is being shown for a potential market sale or so on. If not then believe or not as a tenant you have rights and the cops can be called for trespassing.
You have a legal right to lock your doors she is not allowed in unless invited
Well here they have to give you a certain amount of notice before entering the space you are renting (I forget what it is honestly, our old landlord gave us 72 hours, our new landlord's never entered our apartment. ), i'm sure they have such rules pretty much everywhere. I'd lock my freaking doors anyway (it's a safety issue too, if she and her kids can get in anybody else can and you could come home to notice all your stuff gone, or somebody could walk in in the middle of the night to stab you while you sleep... heard of it all happening...) but barging in on somebody when they are showering in the bathroom is absolutely unacceptable anyway. There's also, you know, the option to buy a new shower curtain that isn't clear... they aren't that expensive.
MOVE THEN. STOP WRITING ABOUT IT ON FML. GET OFF UR A*S AND LOOK FOR A NEW PLACE IF IT'S THAT BAD! Honestly Americans u really just show how slow in the head u r every time i read fml! THANK GOD FOR CANADIANS
Completely illegal you have control of the property. She is breaking the law. She MUST give 24 hour notice of entry!!!!!
It is illegal for her to do that. Either she stops doing it, starts giving you at least 24 hour notice, or you can break the lease without penalty (legally) because she has been repeatedly breaking the law since you moved in. If my landlord started doing that, id move the hell out. Screw that shit.

No. No it's not okay. If I'm not mistaken that's illegal for her to do.
Put a chair in front of the door. That will keep them out. It's not a lock...
