Due to the breach of the implied warnty of habitability and your right to quiet enjoyment, you can either move out without being responsible for the remaining rent, or you can take her to court and have her legally forced to stop coming in, along with a possible reduction of your rent. While you rent the space it is yours for all intents and purposes. For her to come in is trespassing. Lock the doors, if she tries to throw you out or complain, take her to court.

Seriously, that is messed up. Tenents have rental rights and yours are being violated if your landlord insists she can walk in whenever she wants. She is obligated to give you a minimum of 24 hours notice if she needs to come into the property for whatever reason. Court is a viable option to protect your rights [it goes on the record your landlord is nuts, especially if you have proof] and any judge would side with you. As for the 8 year olds, lock the bathroom door and get another shower curtain. [or try to scare the crap out of them, whatever works]
