I think I've seen that movie...
I would call the company back that "fixed" the broken pipe and tell them you want everything replaced. That you spent all this money fixing it up, but they used faulty material and if they don't fix it, I'd be calling my lawyer. Dont forget- in the law suit, make sure you file for legal fees as well, or that will bite you in your ass. Also I hope you kept all necessary reciepts.
Homeowners insurance covers water damage. Call Servicemaster Clean then file a claim. They will usually even help you with the claim.You'd better get it dried out before the microbial growth starts.

Well i don' know about that department but shouldn't you fix the pipe first?
Maybe you need a new plumber?
