Yeah I love it when guys "joke" about touching me, it's hilarious. Obvious sarcasm here dude. That's gross, dont imply in any way you want to put your hands on somebody in a provocative way, and yes massages are provacative regaurdless If it's feet, hands, shoulders, or back. Your creepy and you deserved it, people like you give me the heebie jeebies
Oh please! You were at work, not a bar! If you can't understand why this would be inappropriate in a work environment, consider how you would feel if a male coworker offered you a foot massage or tried to cheer you up by telling you you look handsome in that suit. Your behaviour was not only creepy, but completely unprofessional.
It is all a matter of opinion, and how well you know them. If you'd consider them to be 'friends' of yours, i don't see a problem >My Opinion
Did You Know ? You Can Sew The Company For That. They Can't Do That If It Wasn't Actually Sexual Harrassment.

Ouch, I'm really sorry. ): People take things too far these days.
Perhaps the male employees felt left out. Maybe at your next job, you should compliment their looks and offer them foot rubs, too. Think of this as a learning experience.
