#16. I actually voted for Obama. #34. By not "racist" I meant that the concept of ethnocentrism is not the same thing as intentional racism. It is innate. I'm not talking about advocating slavery here. I'm just saying, that people act like its a conscious decision to prefer their own kind, and really its not. Black people identify more closely with other black people. I identify more closely with other white people. Does that mean that I don't have non-white friends? Of course not.
