By his lack of compassion and maturity, I honestly think you're better off without him. Find a man who loves you as a partner and as a mother.
Just remember that when he says he is not paying child support "like hell you are"
Hate to say it, but it's best to just not depend on him for anything to do with the pregnancy. Have the kid if you want, but don't expect him to be a happy go lucky dad. Good luck!
Does he realize that he can't change your pregnancy just by being really pissed off?
And no one knows more about being really pissed off than you, Hulk!
I'd think that you'd be the one that's pissed off, seeing as you don't exist anymore, cookie monster.
That's one reason to tell him in person. In person you at least have the opportunity to talk more about you being pregnant before he has the chance to ignore your calls.
How do you get an immature guy who would hate to be a father to man up? Tell him he's gonna be a father obviously!
Exactly, if he's immature enough to hang up and completly ignore such a serious situation I doubt any reasoning or talking will make him suddenly decide to become a decent parent and human being. That's something he'll just have to come to terms with himself, or maybe he won't which sucks for the kid.
I hope it works out for you Op
Leave a voice mail, let him know he can accept it and be responsible or he can pay child support.
If you're only relying on one at home pregnancy test, it's possible it's a false positive. I am inclined to say YDI though because you chose to share the news over the phone, which isn't any way someone wants to hear the news. Nor in a text or email.
31..... Or years later when his child friend requests him on Facebook.
I know it is possible to get false negatives on home pregnancy tests, but false positives as well? Wow, that must either be a huge relief or a huge disappointment
False positives are quite rare. It's a rather empty hope.

You should have brought him To chuckie cheese and told him if he was going to be that immature
He did act like a asshole, but it takes two to make a baby. You knew he didn't like the idea of fatherhood, yet neither one of you took the precautions of preventing it.
