OCD FML

Today, I was convinced I hadn't locked up properly when leaving work, and almost had a panic attack at the train station. I went all the way back into work, to find I had in fact locked up properly. It made me nearly two hours late home. This isn't the first time I've done this. FML

You guys, it's not Alzheimer's or OCD or anything. All humans experience the phenomenon known as douchebag brain. Douchebag brain is the main source of short term forgetfulness, for example: you walk into a room and immediately don't know what you are looking for, or, it makes you always remember to lock your car (or in this case, business) but can't remember if you actually did it or not. We all get it guys...

You could put it in your calendar and have your phone remind you everyday before you leave work . Or make a sticky note. Or maybe a coworker could remind you.

Good call I'm gonna do this. I always need to double check my hair straightner!

Perhaps pay a bit more attention when you are locking up and commit it to memory?

**** go see a Psychotrist. Yes I know I spelt it wrong.

A quick visit to the dictionary or google never hurt anyone.

I your on your iPhone or iPod put auto correct and it would most likely correct your mistake unless you were way off . I agree with ^you^ about the dictionary if he is on his laptop.

If* I love how I was talking about writing incorrectly when I messed up to . -.-

Yeah, either way, there's really no excuse for spelling something wrong if you KNOW you've spelt it wrong. Error without intent is forgivable, but if you knowingly misspell something... Well, that's just a lack of effort on your part.

You actually made a few more errors, but at least you try! Effort is half the game.

Who cares if he spelled it wrong.... Move on.

63-It isn't necessarily that he spelled it wrong, but that he KNEW he was going to spell it wrong, and was too ******* lazy to look for the correct spelling.

Pay attention!!!!! Such a simple thing as this should not cause problems!!! YDI

Better safe than sorry. At least you did it right the first time regardless.

Never heard of cell phone cameras? Taking a pic everyday after you lock can fix all these.

Better safe then sorry! Oh, and next time write it down on your hand or something :)

Better safe than sorry. You don't want your workplace broken into. You'd get fired for that,

Paranoia strikes again, next time, maybe write a note or video yourself locking up, just to make sure
