Today, I was at work as a grocery store cashier. I felt a hand slap my ass. Turning around I saw an old man winking at me and I screamed. When my manager came to deal with the problem she didn't believe me and gave the man a $25 gift card for "the trouble" I caused. FML

Today, I was working at the grocery store and a very old woman wanted to give me a tip for bagging her groceries. She slid a quarter into my pocket against my thigh as deep down as she could get it, then she gave me a smile and a wink. I was groped by a grandma. FML

Today, a guy grabbed my ass at the mall. I whirled around and went to sock him. He ducked and I accidentally hit the elderly woman standing behind him in the face. To say all hell broke loose would be an understatement. FML

Today, as I was bent over at my waitressing job an elderly woman walked by and smacked my ass. I looked at her, shocked, and she said, "It was too tempting with you bent over like that, I have a dirty old mind." I didn't know whether to be flattered or horrified. Maybe both. FML

Today, an old man looked me dead in the eyes as he reached into my tip jar, grabbed the money, and then walked out of the store as if nothing ever happened. I was so shocked that I couldn't do anything to stop him. FML

Today, I was grocery shopping, when an elderly lady walked up to me and tripped over her own feet. I caught her by the arm, at which point she shrieked at me for "groping" her. She ended up smirking as security threw me out of the store. FML

Today, at work, I had a customer accuse me of taking the giftcard I had issued her for her return, after spending 15 minutes trying to fix her screwed up transaction. She began to yell, and follow me around the store. Security had to intervene and I had to be locked in an office until she left. FML

Today, at work, my manager accidentally bumped into me, brushing my behind with the back of his hand. He was a bit embarrassed, so I jokingly said, “You could at least buy me dinner first!” He went to HR and told them I made him uncomfortable. I was just trying to lighten the mood. FML

Why would you scream? I could see if you were in a secluded area but, chances are, you weren't in danger. I get so tired of hearing that stupid high pitched squeal women do every time they see a spider or basically want attention..

I think it was more of a started scream than a full on my life is in danger scream. Also having some guy slap your ass is a little more than just seeing a spider. You want to draw attention to that because he has no right, at all, to do it.

sweetie, you don't get to be old by being dumb. nature has a way of getting rid of idiots, and it usually involves beer, a BMX bicycle, a mountain, and the words "hey watch this". clearly that old man is wise and sneaky. you will not win a battle of stealth or wits. you will just have to pack the heavy cans on top of his fresh bread and call it a day. old guys rule.

why scream? there was no reason to. You were in a grocery store! Just call the manager and explain and if he doesnt believe you show him on the security tape! If he still wants to give the old man a gift card then I would ******* quit!

I think the scream was more of a reaction than a conscious action. Have you never been so started, freaked out, or disturbed by something that it causes you to react in a way that you might not have planned?
