No one is obliged to "remember the reputation of the store" when they are being sexually abused. Get a life. Her boss should be fired for not taking her seriously. I'd hate to see what happens to an employee who gets raped in the packing lot on the way to their car. A $100 dollar gift card for the perp, and someone telling her on FML she shouldn't scream at night because there might be someone sleeping in a house nearby, and her status as an employee could cause her loudness to reflect poorly upon the store.
