probably that company had been trying to cut down its employees by finding stupid excuses to fire ppl.

That was the exact reason why I left my last job. My boss called me at the exact time I was flushing the toiled and when I told her where I was she started yelling, saying that I'm lying and why do I need to go to the bathroom in a 6 hour shift. I was in my 7 or 8 hour and was going to work 12 hours that day.
