Since you didn't notice it until you stood by the UV light, wouldn't common sense tell you to just avoid the UV lights for the duration of the party?
hahahahahaha that's so funny, I'm so sorry. but hey all of you shutup, it's not immature or anything to wear a pad. some people don't like the feel of a tamp, and prefer a pad. stfu
like everyone else said next time where a tampon, son.
You wouldn't see the pad through the tights. When I walk around the house with my spandex shorts and a pad underneath, I can't tell. When you say tights I'm assuming you mean leggings. I'm surprised that a lot of people haven't seen girls walking around with leggings and a longish shirt, but definitely not long enough. (By the way, I'm totally against this fashion. I don't understand why people do it, especially when the shirt is a shirt and not a dress or a short dress) So, my answer isn't based on the fact that you wore a pad and not a tampon, that's your choice and no one can tell you otherwise or the fact that you just wore leggings and a shirt that you decided was just long enough to only wear leggings underneath; its on the fact that your pad was glowing through your tights. #152 finally someone who understands the meaning of tights..i think some of the americans were getting a bit confused as to what exactly tights are......its not the "uk word" for leggings, we call leggings leggings, and we call pantyhose tights..she was only wearing pantyhose so im guessing the wings of the pad were folded around her underwear and you could see them through the tights..but whatever happened, serves her right for not wearing real clothes. so once again TIGHTS ARE NOT LEGGINGS THEYRE 'PANTYHOSE'
oops posted twice
YDI for wearing anything white underneath something sheer to a neon themed party. you obviously care what people see when they look at you, so you should've thought it through a little more when choosing to wear just tights and not anything else to cover your crotch.
I dont think she did..shes from the UK and here when you say tights you just mean plain old sheer tights..those stretchy things with feet attached. I've never heard anyone in the UK refer to leggings as tights so i'm going to assume she was wearing 'pantyhose'.
They say that in the states too....but maybe on the tag it said tights, so she refers to them as tights. The products most likely wasn't made in the UK. I refer to mine as tights or leggings interchangeably, and to add to my doubt, if she wasn't worried before the neon lights about her pad exposure, she most likely wasn't wearing anything sheer.
Meh, it's really more of a personal preference thing.... I lived in the UK for a few months and heard leggings referred to as a couple different things, tights included.
Uh, stick it to the tights? If you're dumb enough not to wear something over your tights maybe you're dumb enough not to wear anything under them. xD Forgot about wings. They annoy the shit out of me. God, I hate pads all together. Still, tights are sheer. If she wasn't wearing anything over her tights you would have been able to see the wings anyways, or undies, or asscrack. THIS FML MAKES LESS AND LESS SENSE. :O Leaning towards YDI.

Women that can't use tampons, women with overly heavy flows, women who prefer them? *shrug* It takes all kinds of people to make the world go round. OP, that really sucks, I know how embarrassing stuff like that can be.
Some girls don't find tampons comfortable, give her a break. But still tights (or leggings) doesn't equal pants, a long shirt doesn't not equal a dress, being orange is not the same as being tan and for the love of God the hair bump looks hideous. Can you tell I hate "fashion"?
