Today, my wife created a "Points Reward" system for the privilege of sex. 10 points for doing the dishes, 20 for the laundry, etc. How many points do I need before I can have sex with her? 2300. FML

Tell here you get 10000 points for paying her bills. That will be good for once a week, and you my friend are pathetic for letting her get by with that crap. NOTHING makes me madder when someone uses sex as a tool (woman or man). You need to move on, this relationship is going nowhere.

You assume he pays all the bills, which is really stupid in this day and age. Likely if she's so fed up with him, it must be because she works AND has to come home and do all of the domestic chores.
