on one hand, it's a great compliment, your chest size probably exceeds A and for that I am jealous. but on the other hand, if that's the nicest thing he has done/said in awhile, are you sure you want to marry the guy? being married is not all about two people just saying nice things to each other but being nice is apart of it and if he is being mean, ask why he wants to marry you. slap him if his best answer is "you have great (or suckable) ****"
