Two people can have the same last name and not have anything to do with each other. Now, if she starts dressing like you and changes her hair to match yours... Watch out for identity theft.

Move away and change your first name. Similar last names happen but if you change your first name she won't know it's you.

My advice? Ignore it. She obviously wanted some sort of reaction and you're playing right into her hands. Brush it off, get married and enjoy the rest of your life with the person you actually want to be with!
