Today, I asked my boyfriend to spend the night at my house because my dad would be working out of town, and once the rest of the house left I thought it'd be sweet if he snuck in my room and slept with me. His reply was, "Why bother? You're on your period, it's not like we can do anything." FML

Today, I realized why it's not a good idea to sleep with your boyfriend when he still lives with his mom. She may walk in, make you get dressed, and demand what you have to say for yourself. Trust me, "Your son is good at sex" is not the right answer. FML

i kinda agree.i mean i wouldnt even want to spend the night with my boyfriend if i was on my period.what if it decides to do the ol sliperoo and u get blood on the sheets..or him!?but he could have said it in a nice and not so obvious way

You may have meant it innocently but you said "slept with me" in the op and it got categorized in intimacy. Therefore, one assumes you meant sex and that is generally something you won't do on your period...
